Order
How can I know if my order has been successfully processed?
You will receive a confirmation email. Please double-check that you have entered the correct email address! If it is not correct, please contact us at info@lamaisondubracelet.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I modify my order after I've placed it?
You cannot. Contact us as soon as possible by email at info@lamaisondubracelet.com so that we can respond quickly.
I made a mistake in my order, how can I change it?

Do you accept returns and refunds?
Yes, but they are subject to certain conditions which are stipulated in the site's policies.
According to the terms and conditions, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The product must be in its original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted.
Can I track the progress of my package?

Delivery
What are your delivery times?
Our delivery times are generally 8 to 10 business days. Depending on supply and demand, logistics, etc., your package may arrive sooner. However, we prefer to give you a fairly wide timeframe to avoid any disappointment.
What are your delivery rates?
We have 3 different types of delivery:
- Secure - Free
- Premium - breakage insurance included - €4.99
- VIP - loss, theft and breakage insurance - €7.99
The delivery deadline has passed and I haven't received my package, what should I do?
We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Our teams are working hard to prevent this from happening again. Please contact customer service by email at info@lamaisondubracelet.com and we will look into this with you.
My item arrived but it is damaged, what should I do?
This is unfortunate, and we hope this doesn't happen. Please contact customer service by email at info@lamaisondubracelet.com and send photos of the damage so we can best resolve your issue.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
No, not after placing your order. However, before paying, you can enter a delivery address other than your home address if you wish.

Do you offer personalized products?
Not at the moment. But it's a possibility we're studying for the future.

Our products are delivered within 8 to 10 business days. If you have not received your item within this timeframe, please contact us by email at info@lamaisondubracelet.com
Do you offer products for women?
Not yet, but we are constantly looking for new products and we will soon be opening a women's collection.
